General Application:  Diffuse daily for 15-30 minute every 3-4 hours or as needed.  Massage on the bottom of the feet.  Dilute 20-80 and apply Raindrop-style along the spine as needed.  Dilute 50:50 to rub on the throat and chest.  Apply 2-3 drops to the thymus.  Put 1 drop on a piece of cotton and place the cotton in the ear for earaches.

Companion Oils:  Alternate with Four Bandits.  Other single oils may be added for extra strength:  rosewood, melissa, oregano, clove, cistus, and frankincense.
