We strongly suggest having a carrier oil on hand or purchasing one such as Sweet Almond or Sesame Seed oil as Muscle Relax essential oil blend should be diluted in a 1 part essential oil mix to 1 part carrier oil ratio.

For strains and sprains, an unbeatable combination is layering Muscle Relax Blend and Pain Relief Blend directly on the area.  First rub on Muscle Relax, let it soak in for just a couple minutes, then layer Pain Relief Blend (properly diluted as recommended) right over the top of the same spot.  Pain and swelling diminishes almost immediately and after about 3 or 4 applications, your back in action.  It's amazing.  My husband pulled his groin muscle badly at work, and after just 3 applications (morning, afternoon, and night), he was able to work without aches or pains.
