The kit also includes a 4 oz. bottle of The Oil Shoppe's Sweet Almond carrier oil, which you will also need for diluting and safety purposes.
The 4 single essential oils are High Altitude Lavender, Lemon, Frankincense and Premium Peppermint. The 6 essential oil blends are Peaceful, TeaRose, Purify, Four Bandits, Courageous, and Pain Relief Blend.
A sheet with application instructions and general use ideas comes with the starter kit. Each bottle of essential oil is a 5 ml bottle with a dropper top.
