Valerian Root Essential Oil

Sweet, earthy, musky and floral aroma with a medicinal undertone. For more than 30 years, Valerian has been clinically investigated for its tranquilizing properties. Valerian is relaxing; a sedative on central nervous system so use in moderation. 

Because of its effect on the nervous system, it may help with insomnia, nervous indigestion, migraine, restlessness and tension. German health authorities have pronounced valerian to be an effective treatment for restlessness and sleep disturbances resulting from nervous conditions. 

Diffuse or apply topically, especially in a soothing massage.  Very thick oil.
